2. Digital Ticket Policy

1. All tickets sold on our website are digital products delivered instantly via email/SMS.

2. Digital tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or undone once delivered.

3. Visitors must show the digital ticket at the entry gate for validation.

4. Screenshots, forwarded tickets, or tampered tickets are not accepted.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment must be completed online through approved gateways.

3. No booking is confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Offers, coupons & discounts cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned.

4. No Return, No Cancellation, No Refund

1. Since tickets are digital and instantly delivered, there are no returns or cancellations.

2. Refunds are not applicable except in rare cases described in our Refund Policy
   (technical failure, duplicate payment, or park-initiated cancellation).

3. Visitors are responsible for selecting the correct ticket type, date, and quantity.

5. Entry Conditions

To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

2. The management has the right to deny entry for:

6. Photography & Videography

1. Personal photography is allowed inside the museum/theme park.

2. Professional shoots (pre-wedding, influencer shoots, commercial shoots) require written permission and may have additional charges.

3. Visitors must not touch or lean on wax figures during photos.

7. Health & Safety

1. Visitors enter the park at their own risk.

2. We are not liable for minor injuries, trips, falls, or accidents caused due to personal negligence.

3. Running, climbing on props, or touching wax figures is strictly prohibited.

4. In case of emergency, follow staff instructions promptly.

8. Personal Belongings

1. The park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

2. Visitors are advised to keep valuables safe and avoid unattended items.

9. Website Usage Terms

1. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access.

We are not responsible for delays, closures, or cancellations caused by:

• Power failures

• Government orders

• Public emergencies

• Pandemics

Alternative arrangements may be offered at management’s discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of [Shirdi,Maharastra] Courts in India.
