Refund Policy

At Sai Baba – The Wax World Theme Park, we strive to provide a smooth, enjoyable, and fair experience for all visitors. This Refund Policy explains the situations in which refunds are or aren’t applicable.


1. Digital Ticket Policy (Important)

All our tickets are 100% digital products delivered instantly via email/SMS.
Since the tickets are digital and non-physical, once issued:

🚫 Digital tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

🚫 No reversal is possible after the ticket is generated.

This applies because:

  • Digital products cannot be “returned,”

  • Access is provided instantly,

  • The ticket is automatically marked as issued in our system.


2. General Refund Policy

  • All digital tickets purchased online/offline are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations are not allowed once payment is completed.

  • By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to all terms of this policy.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of personal plans

  • Wrong ticket type or date selected

  • Late arrival or inability to attend

  • Weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.)

  • Dissatisfaction with the experience

  • Visitor violating theme park rules

  • Promotional/discounted ticket purchases

  • Digital ticket already delivered (cannot be returned)


4. Refunds Allowed Under Special Exceptions

Refunds will ONLY be issued in the following rare scenarios:

a. Payment Deducted but Ticket Not Generated

If money is charged but the digital ticket is not delivered, a 100% refund will be processed.

b. Duplicate Payment

Extra or duplicate payments made accidentally will be refunded.

c. Park Closure by Management

If the park cancels operations due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical failures

  • Operational emergencies

Visitors may choose between:

  • Free rescheduling, or

  • Full refund

d. Unauthorized or Incorrect Payment

If a payment gateway error deducts an incorrect amount, the refund will be issued after verification.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds take 7–10 business days.

  • Amount will be refunded to the same payment method.

  • Bank/payment gateway delays may occur.


6. Rescheduling (Instead of Refund)

A one-time reschedule may be allowed if:

  • Request is made at least 24 hours before visit, and

  • Slot is available

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on management approval.


7. Force Majeure Events

No refunds for conditions outside our control:

  • Natural calamities

  • Lockdowns/government restrictions

  • Strikes or emergencies

  • Pandemics

  • Political unrest

Alternative options may be provided when possible.


8. How to Request a Refund

(Only applicable for eligible cases mentioned above)

Send the following details via email:

  • Full Name

  • Ticket / Booking ID

  • Payment Screenshot

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Request
